For bug reports it helps a lot if you include browser, operating system and (if possible) a short step-by-step description. Do not send images — we only process them locally in your browser anyway; an anonymized screenshot is enough.

Please specify which right you wish to exercise and which processing it concerns (e.g. "advertising cookies", "statistics tags"). Since JNRT Pixel doesn't require user accounts and images are processed locally, most requests only concern cookie/consent data.

Response times
JNRT Pixel is run as a solo project. I try to answer every inquiry as quickly as possible:
- General inquiries: usually within 48 hours (business days)
- GDPR requests: at the latest within the legal one-month period (Art. 12 (3) GDPR)
- Security vulnerabilities (responsible disclosure): initial response within 24 hours, coordinated publication
Reporting security issues
Found a potential security vulnerability or privacy issue? Please report it confidentially to dsgvo@jonart.me with the subject Security. Please don't publish details before the issue is fixed — I'll thank you with a mention in the changelog (if desired).
What JNRT Pixel cannot help with
Since your images never leave your browser, we cannot help you recover lost or damaged images — we simply never see them. In such cases please reach out to a data recovery specialist or the cloud where your original is stored.
